| Boating is a very popular activity Loch Tay. There are two main operators at the east end of the Loch. These are listed below. They hire out a wide variety of craft including sailing, fishing and cruising boats as well as rafts, windsurffers and cannoes. Croft-na-caber also has jet skis and bannana boats. Both sites provide moorings and launching facilities. Mooring of boats on the loch during the winter is not advisable. Launching is not permitted from private land including the Forestry Commision picnic area, the Hotel Pool and the beach. | ||
