The Dairy is a now a private house resting on Tom More hill. The Dairy is a listed category A building,. It is a rustic Italianate building made entirely from white quartz. It is said that when Queen Victoria was visiting Taymouth, she said that she felt out of touch with her people and asked to milk a cow. The "dairy" was duly built so that she might accomplish the task.
